To avoid the frustration and additional cost that comes with ordering the wrong parts, we ask that you take a few minutes to read these guidelines. CANCELED ORDER POLICY | ||
Please read the product description carefully and make sure each item in your order is specifically for the model bike intended before ordering. Please e-mail us, CustomerCare@HillCountryCustomCycles.com, with any questions or concerns before placing the order. 25% restocking fee for all canceled orders. |

RETURN POLICY | ||
At Hill Country Custom we strive for your complete satisfaction. Please check the condition of the merchandise immediately when you receive it. Make sure it is NOT DAMAGED. A delay in reporting a problem, runs the risk of exceeding our 30-day return policy. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BEYOND 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all items returned, or you can exchange it for something of equal or greater value. In the rare case that we make a shipping mistake, rest assured that we will make arrangements to correct the issue. Please call us at 512-264-7333 or email Returns@HillCountryCustomCycles.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise Shipping and Handling is not refundable unless the product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the wrong item was shipped to you. NO EXCEPTIONS No returns will be accepted on used or installed parts, or parts that do not have the original packaging. If you install it, you own it. No exceptions. |

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER | ||
You must report any problems with your order within 72 hours of the time you receive the product. We will accept no exchanges 30 days beyond the invoice date. |

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES | ||
When a shipping company leaves a package at your door they mark the status as "Scanned as Delivered". From that point on the package is your responsibility. We offer NO REFUNDS for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address. We are not responsible for your package once it has been “SCANNED AS DELIVERED”. If the package cannot be left in a safe place, then you should request a "signature confirmation" when placing the order. When you need to make a return, contact us immediately at Returns@HillCountryCustomCycles.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Call and leave a message if you do not receive a reply within one business day. When shipping the item back, please reference the invoice #, and include a note explaining your reason for returning the item along with your contact information. No refund request will be approved without contacting us first. |

WARRANTY POLICY: | ||
All HCC parts have a warranty of one year from the date of invoice. If an HCC part is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the defective part as needed. HCC will cover shipping of the defective part to the customer, and return shipping of the defective part is the customer's responsibility unless other arrangements are made and approved by HCC. Parts not made by HCC are covered under that particular manufacturer's warranty policy only. HCC will not be held responsible for any labor expense associated with warranty part replacement unless the work was done at one of our authorized facilities. |

LIMITED CHROME WARRANTY | ||
Hill Country Custom Cycles chrome products have a one year limited warranty from the date of invoice. The condition and appearance of chrome plating is largely dependent on user care and maintenance. Maintain products properly by cleaning them with mild soap and water and waxing them with a high quality carnauba wax. Small flaws and or marks do not constitute a flawed product. Corrosive defects due to salt spray in beach and snow areas, corrosive chemicals, improper care or cleaning are NOT COVERED by this warranty. Parts must be returned to Hill Country Custom Cycles for inspection for determination of repair, replacement or credit. No replacement parts will be shipped prior to receipt of the return for inspection and determination of qualification of warranty. We will make every effort to ship replacement parts in a timely fashion, however, please be aware that delays may occur due to availability of parts. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part. |
