21" Wheel Front Fender Kit with Black Brackets for 1997-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring models
You are purchasing a new unpainted Hill Country Customs 21" Wrapped Fender.
This item was designed for 1997-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring models and some Custom Builds. This fender has a Low Profile, oversized wrapped around design for 21" wheels which gives you that custom look that can't be beat. Made of 16 gauge steel, predrilled and ready to prime and paint. You are also able to take this fender and trim it for the appearance that you want. This fender has a width of 5 1/2" edge to edge at the fender mounting area. is 45 3/4" long and includes Black Powder coated fender mounts to complete the installation.
If you are adding a 21" front wheel to your ride, then this will provide you with a custom fender that you need.
